How do I print or share a PDF of my data with a doctor?
You can export a PDF or CSV report of your heart data directly from the Cardiogram app to share with your doctor. Here’s how to do it.
🧾 How to generate a PDF report
Open the Cardiogram app and go to the Report page (bottom navigation bar)
If prompted, confirm your age, height, and weight to unlock Report Card features
- Tap See My Score to proceed
- If you don’t see this button, try temporarily setting your phone’s font size to default
- Scroll down to Share with Doctor
Set your desired date range for the report
Make sure the email address listed is correct
- You can update it by going to the menu > Edit Profile
- Tap Request Printout to generate and email the PDF
You’ll see a confirmation message like "PDF emailed on: [date]" if it was sent successfully.
If the email doesn’t show up in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
📂 How to export a CSV file
- Go to the Report page
- Tap See My Score if needed to unlock the page
- Scroll to CSV Export
- Choose a date range (limited to ~14 days due to data volume)
- If you receive an error, try selecting a shorter date range
- Confirm your email address
- Tap Export Data — your CSV will be sent to your email
The CSV file includes all BPM readings from the selected period, not just daily averages.
