How Do I Set Up the Heart Rate Widget on My iPhone?
The Cardiogram widget gives you quick access to your recent heart rate data, right from your iPhone’s Home Screen.
📲 How to add the Cardiogram Heart Rate Widget
- From your Home Screen, tap and hold anywhere on the background
When the apps start to wiggle, tap the ➕ icon in the upper-left corner
Search for “Cardiogram”
Choose your preferred widget size:
First option: half-width
Swipe left for the full-width version
- Tap “Add Widget”
- Drag it where you want on your screen
Tap “Done” to finish
⚙️ How to customize the hours shown
The widget displays your most recent heart rate data synced to Cardiogram. You can adjust how many hours of data appear.
To customize:
- Touch and hold the Cardiogram widget
- Tap “Edit Widget”
- Select the number of hours you want to display (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 hours)
🔄 If the widget doesn't update
If your widget isn’t displaying recent data:
- Tap the widget to open the Cardiogram app
- Make sure the app shows heart rate data for today
- If not, confirm that your wearable has synced and data has been imported to Cardiogram
