Does Cardiogram integrate with Google Fit?
To import specific data points from Google Fit into Cardiogram, your watch must first pair and sync new data to your phone's Google Fit app. You must create a Cardiogram profile using the same Google account that your WearOS watch is syncing with to import your Google Fit data.
The following data points can be imported from Google Fit into Cardiogram:
Heart Rate BPMs
Steps
Activities from Fit Breathe
Activities from Fit Workout
Sleep sessions from certain sleep-tracking apps like Sleep as Android
Please note that while some third-party workout, meditation, and sleep apps may write data to Google Fit, we may not be able to import that data for security purposes. Additionally, some watches only sync new data periodically, which may cause a delay in importing data.
We recommend downloading and installing the latest Cardiogram WearOS companion app for both WearOS watches. Keeping the Cardiogram WearOS app open in the background at all times allows you to increase your HR sampling frequency and allows the WearOS app to send data directly to your phone.
