How to View Your Report in Cardiogram

Cardiogram’s Report Card is an experimental feature that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to estimate your risk for certain health conditions. It’s built in collaboration with the University of California, San Francisco and informed by peer-reviewed research.

📲 How to access your Report Card

  1. Open the Cardiogram app
  2. Tap the “Report” button at the bottom of the screen
  3. Review your Health Score and available Risk Scores

🧠 What the Report Card shows

Currently, Report Card provides risk assessments for:

  • Hypertension
  • Sleep Apnea
  • Diabetes

The AI uses your heart rate, sleep, and activity data over time to identify patterns similar to those of users who self-reported these conditions.

If you just created your Cardiogram profile, it may take up to 7 days for your first report to appear while the AI gathers enough data.

⚠️ Don’t see your report?

Make sure the feature is turned on:

  1. Go to the Menu (tap the three lines in the top-left corner)
  2. Tap Settings > General
  3. Under Features, ensure “Health Score” is toggled on

This setting must be enabled to view your Report Card.

❗ Reminder: This is not a diagnosis

Report Card is meant to help you spot trends, not to diagnose or replace medical advice. If you’re concerned about your health or your scores, please speak with your doctor.
