Why don’t I see my Report Card score yet?

If your Report Card hasn’t shown up yet, don’t worry — it’s likely still being generated.

Because Cardiogram’s AI needs to analyze a significant amount of data to provide accurate scores, your first score may take up to 72 hours to appear.

⏳ How long does it take?

• Initial score: May take up to 72 hours after your profile is created or updated
• Ongoing updates: New scores are generated automatically every 7 days

🛠 What to check if you still don’t see your score

1. Open the Cardiogram app
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the Timeline screen
3. Tap "Edit Profile"
4. Confirm that your age, height, and weight are filled in and accurate
5. Tap Save

This will reset your Report Card and trigger a new score within 72 hours.

If it’s been more than 72 hours and your score hasn’t appeared:

• Email us at [email protected]

• Use the subject line “Missing Score”

  Include:

  • The email associated with your Cardiogram account
  • A screenshot of your profile page (Edit Profile section)
