Why don't I see my score yet?

Report cards are generated automatically. Since a large volume of data needs to be processed for each user to receive their customized score, it can take up to 72 hours to get an initial result; new reports are automatically generated about seven days later.

If you have not received your initial score within 72 hours, please check if your basic profile information is accurate.

• To do this, go to the "Timeline" page and click on the menu in the upper left-hand corner.
• Then, select "Edit Profile" and verify that your age, height, and weight are correct.
• Once you have confirmed your details, save them.
• This will reset your report card and generate a new one within 72 hours.

If you still have not received a new report card, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include the email associated with your Cardiogram account and a screenshot of your profile page so we can locate your account as soon as possible.
