How can I manage my notifications?

We occasionally send our users general in-app and email notifications to let them know about exciting new features or to help them get more out of Cardiogram (especially during the first seven days!) You can turn these notifications off from your phone's system settings if you'd rather not receive them

To turn off these notifications go to the Cardiogram app.

• From the Timeline page, tap on the menu in the upper left corner.
• Tap on "General".
• Select which notifications you would like to turn off in the "General Notifications" section.
