How do I print my data or share my data with a doctor?
PDF Exports
- Visit the "Report" page in Cardiogram.
- Tap on "See My Score" if needed to unlock the page's features.
- Scroll down to 'Share with Doctor,' and adjust the start and end dates as desired.
- Confirm that the email listed is correct.
- Tap 'Request Printout'
CSV Export
- Visit the "Report" page in Cardiogram.
- Tap on "See My Score" if needed to unlock the page's features.
- Scroll down to "CSV Export"
- Select the desired date range.
- Confirm that the email listed is correct.
- Tap 'Export Data' Your PDF or CSV file will be emailed to the email address listed under 'Confirm your email.'
If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, return to the Report page. If your PDF was sent successfully, it will say 'PDF emailed on: [date].' Please check your spam folder in case it ended up there. If it says 'PDF request failed,' please double-check that your email is spelled correctly and try again.
Please note: the CSV will export every BPM reading for that given period which can be a lot of data. If you get an error please shorten the date range and try again.
How to open your printout (on iOS devices)
For larger reports that exceed the email attachment limit, you will receive a secret link (valid for 7 days) to download your PDF printout. If you are on desktop, simply click the link and the file will be saved to your Downloads folder. For mobile devices you will need to do the following:
1. Click link in email from your phone
2. Click "Download file" in the browser prompt
3. In the iOS share dialog, scroll down and tap "Save to Files"
4. You PDF is now stored in your device files, accessible by opening the "Files" app on iOS.
