Enrolling in a habit is a proactive step towards improving your overall health and well-being. It allows you to track and develop new, healthier habits daily.

Enrolling in a Habit

From your Timeline, select "Habits" at the bottom of Cardiogram.

Explore the list of Habits and select any habit you're interested in starting.

To enroll, select "Start Habit."

Managing and abandoning a habit

To manage your habits, tap on "My Habits" at the top of the Habit page.

Select the Habit you would like to abandon.

Tap "Abandon Habit"
