How do I deactivate my account and request to have my data deleted?

We are currently working on improving our data deletion process to make it easier for you to delete your stored data. If you do not have a subscription to Heart IQ or Migraine IQ and wish to delete your account along with all your data, please send us a message at [email protected] and we will manually delete your account and remove all your data.

If you have a Cardiogram subscription and need to deactivate your account, follow these steps.

Open the Cardiogram app.

  • Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the Timeline pane to open the sidebar. 
  • Tap 'General' (under 'Settings')
  • Tap 'Deactivate Account' and follow the instructions on the screen.
