How do I deactivate my account and request data deletion?


We understand how important your data privacy is. If you’d like to deactivate your Cardiogram account or request complete deletion of your data, here’s how to proceed.


🔐 Request to delete your data

If you want your account and all stored data permanently deleted:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your Cardiogram profile

We’ll confirm your request and begin the deletion process. This is done manually while we improve our in-app deletion tools.

⚠️ Important:

Deleting your Cardiogram account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Please cancel through the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future charges.


📴 How to deactivate your account (in-app)

If you’re a current subscriber and just want to deactivate your profile (without deleting data):

  1. Open the Cardiogram app
  2. Tap the three lines (☰) in the top-left corner
  3. Select Settings > General
  4. Tap "Deactivate Account"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions

This will pause your account but retain your historical data unless you also request deletion by email.
