How can I track my sleep with a Wear OS watch?
Cardiogram offers sleep tracking on Wear OS, but this feature is currently in beta and may not be available on all devices.
If sleep tracking isn’t available through the Cardiogram app on your watch yet, there are other ways to track your sleep using third-party apps that integrate with Google Fit.
💤 Option 1: Use Cardiogram’s built-in sleep tracking (Beta)
If you're part of our beta program and using a Wear OS device:
• Open the Cardiogram app on your watch
• Sleep tracking runs automatically during typical sleep hours
• Your sleep duration will appear in the Cardiogram mobile app after syncing
Note: This feature is still being tested and may not be fully available or accurate on all Wear OS models.
🛌 Option 2: Use a third-party sleep tracking app
Several third-party sleep apps can track your sleep and write that data to Google Fit, which Cardiogram can then read and display.
Recommended apps:
- Sleep as Android
- Pillow
- Sleep Cycle
Once installed:
- Set up the app and give it permission to write sleep data to Google Fit
- Cardiogram will automatically read your sleep duration from Google Fit
- Sleep data will appear on your Timeline in the Cardiogram app
