Cancelling Your Subscription
Cardiogram subscriptions are in-app subscriptions that are billed through your phone's app store account in advance.
Like other apps with in-app subscriptions and purchases, If you delete the app or deactivate your Cardiogram profile, you are still responsible for unsubscribing through your app store settings to avoid being charged in the future.
To unsubscribe from a Cardiogram subscription including Heart IQ and Migraine IQ please follow the steps below:
Android
To unsubscribe from a Cardiogram subscription, including Heart IQ and Migraine IQ, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone.
2. Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen.
3. Tap on "Subscriptions".
4. Find the Cardiogram subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".
6. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Once you have completed these steps, your Cardiogram subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged in the future.
iPhone
To unsubscribe from a Cardiogram subscription, including Heart IQ and Migraine IQ, on an iPhone, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap on "Subscriptions".
4. Find the Cardiogram subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription".
6. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Once you have completed these steps, your Cardiogram subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged in the future.
