Requesting a Refund for Cardiogram
Cardiogram subscriptions are billed through your phone’s app store — either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store— and are subject to the billing policies of those platforms.
📌 Please note: Deleting the Cardiogram app or deactivating your profile does not cancel your subscription.
You must cancel through your app store to stop future charges.
🍎 iPhone / Apple App Store Purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Apple handles all billing and refunds directly.
To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Tap "Request a refund" and follow the steps
- Select Cardiogram and provide a reason
⚠️ Apple does not allow us to process refunds for iOS purchases.
All decisions are made by Apple and are outside of Cardiogram’s control.
🤖 Android / Google Play Store Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, most refunds are handled directly by Google.
To submit a request through Google:
- Visit Google’s refund request page
- Choose Cardiogram from your recent purchases
- Follow the prompts to submit your request
📝 In rare cases…
If you're unable to get a resolution from Google and believe your situation qualifies for a refund, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please include:
- The email linked to your Cardiogram account
- A screenshot of your receipt from Google Play
- A brief explanation of your request
⚠️ Refunds are only issued under specific circumstances and at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
📌 A few final reminders
- Cardiogram cannot process refunds for Apple App Store purchases
- All subscription cancellations must be done through your app store
- Subscriptions are non-transferable across platforms (e.g., iOS to Android)
