Requesting a Refund
Cardiogram subscriptions are in-app purchases processed and billed through your phone's app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). As with most apps offering in-app subscriptions, deleting the Cardiogram app or deactivating your Cardiogram profile does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription directly through your app store account to avoid future charges.
Refund Requests
If you subscribed by mistake or believe you qualify for a refund, please note:
iOS Users: Apple manages all transactions and refunds for subscriptions made via the App Store. Unfortunately, Cardiogram cannot issue refunds directly for iOS users. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
Follow these steps: Request a refund from Apple.
Android Users: Google Play Store manages refunds for subscriptions made through its platform. You can submit refund requests to Google.
Follow these steps: Request a refund from Google Play.
Important Notes
- Apple and Google determine refund eligibility and policies, not Cardiogram. Please review their guidelines to determine whether you qualify for a refund.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or canceled through Cardiogram's support team.
