Have an active subscription but can’t access features?

If you’ve paid for a Cardiogram subscription (Heart IQ or Migraine IQ) but still see a paywall or locked features, don’t worry — this is usually a quick fix. Follow the steps below to restore access.


🛍️ If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play

  1. Open the Cardiogram app
  2. Tap “Get Heart IQ!” or “Get Migraine IQ!” on the paywall

    (Don’t worry — you won’t be charged again)

  3. On the next screen, scroll to the bottom
  4. Tap “Restore Purchase” next to “Already Paid?”

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts

This will re-link your subscription to your Cardiogram profile.


🎁 If you received a gift code or redemption code

  • Tap “Redeem Code” at the bottom of the paywall screen
  • Enter your code and follow the prompts to activate your subscription

Codes are typically sent by email within 24–48 hours after purchase if you signed up via the Cardiogram website or a special offer.


💡 Still not working?

  • Make sure you're logged into the same App Store or Google account you used to subscribe
  • Restart the app after restoring
  • If you're using a new phone, make sure you’ve signed into the correct Cardiogram profile
