Have an active subscription but can’t access features?
If you’ve paid for a Cardiogram subscription (Heart IQ or Migraine IQ) but still see a paywall or locked features, don’t worry — this is usually a quick fix. Follow the steps below to restore access.
🛍️ Restoring Your Purchase from the App Store or Google Play
- Open the Cardiogram app.
- Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top left corner of your Timeline.
- Scroll down and tap Subscription Status.
- Tap Subscribe next to either Heart IQ or Migraine IQ to open the paywall.
- On the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchase next to “Already Paid?”
💡 Still not working?
- Make sure you're logged into the same App Store or Google account you used to subscribe
- Restart the app after restoring
- If you're using a new phone, make sure you’ve signed into the correct Cardiogram profile
