Have an active subscription but can’t access features?

If you’ve paid for a Cardiogram subscription (Heart IQ or Migraine IQ) but still see a paywall or locked features, don’t worry — this is usually a quick fix. Follow the steps below to restore access.


🛍️ Restoring Your Purchase from the App Store or Google Play

  1. Open the Cardiogram app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top left corner of your Timeline.
  3. Scroll down and tap Subscription Status.
  4. Tap Subscribe next to either Heart IQ or Migraine IQ to open the paywall.
  5. On the paywall screen, tap Restore Purchase next to “Already Paid?”


💡 Still not working?

  • Make sure you're logged into the same App Store or Google account you used to subscribe
  • Restart the app after restoring
  • If you're using a new phone, make sure you’ve signed into the correct Cardiogram profile
