How do I know if I'm using the most up-to-date version of Cardiogram?

The easiest way is to open the App Store or Google Play Store, search for Cardiogram, then tap on Cardiogram. If you see an "Update" button, you can tap on it to update to the newest version. If not... then you are already up to date!
