Why can’t I see my blood pressure data from Apple Health in Cardiogram?
If you’ve logged blood pressure data in Apple Health but don’t see it in Cardiogram, you’re not alone. Here’s how the current setup works — and what to do if it’s not showing.
🩺 Where to find Apple Health blood pressure data
- Imported blood pressure readings from Apple Health will appear in your Timeline in Cardiogram
- Tap the blood pressure icon on your Timeline to view additional details
💡 Note: Manually logged readings in Cardiogram’s Blood Pressure Log are separate from Apple Health imports. We're working on merging these views in a future update.
🔄 How to fix missing blood pressure data
If you don’t see your readings from Apple Health in Cardiogram:
- Force close Cardiogram
Swipe up on your app switcher or follow Apple’s steps to close an app on iPhone
Reset your health data permissions
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap Health > Data Access & Devices
- Select Cardiogram
Turn off all categories, then turn them back on
Relaunch Cardiogram
- Open the app again and give it a moment to resync
✅ What happens next
If your blood pressure data is present in Apple Health, Cardiogram will automatically import it to your Timeline after permissions are reset. No need to re-enter anything manually.
