How to Manually Log Your Blood Pressure in Cardiogram
Cardiogram now includes a dedicated Blood Pressure Log, allowing you to manually track your blood pressure directly in the app, even if you're not using Apple Health or an iPhone.
✅ Perfect for Android users or anyone without a connected blood pressure monitor
📌 This feature is separate from Apple Health imports (for now — integration improvements are in progress)
🩺 What’s the difference between the log and Apple Health data?
- Manual logs appear in the Blood Pressure tab in Cardiogram
- Apple Health imports continue to display on your Timeline, not in the log
- These two sources are not yet merged, but we’re working on making the experience more unified in the future
