I Didn’t Receive My Share With Doctor Report

If you requested a Share With Doctor PDF report or CSV but didn’t receive it via email, follow these steps to resolve the issue:


✅ 1. Check which email is saved to your profile

The report is sent to the email saved in your Cardiogram profile.

To check:

  1. Open the Cardiogram app
  2. Tap the ☰ menu (top-left of the Timeline screen)
  3. Tap Edit Profile
  4. Review the Email field

✏️ 2. Update your email if needed

If the email is incorrect (e.g. contains a typo or you no longer have access):

  1. Update the Email field in Edit Profile
  2. Tap Save changes

⚠️ Important: If you created your account using Google Sign-In, your email address is linked to your Google account and cannot be changed in Cardiogram.


🔁 3. Re-request the report

Once your email is confirmed or updated:

  1. Go to the Report tab
  2. Scroll to Share With Doctor
  3. Tap Request Printout

If you’ve verified your email is correct and still don’t see the report within a few minutes, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

    Email us at [email protected]

    • Use subject line: Did not receive SWD report
    • Include your Cardiogram account email for quicker assistance
