What to do if you can’t log into your Cardiogram profile
Login issues are frustrating — but often easy to fix. Here are the most common solutions, depending on your device.
🔄 Try these steps first (all devices)
Before diving deeper, try the following:
- Log out and log back in
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Clear the app cache (Android only)
- Reinstall Cardiogram
📱 iPhone users
If you’re having trouble with your password:

You can use email + password, Apple login, or Facebook login to access your profile on iPhone.
🤖 Android users
Android currently only supports Google login. This is necessary to sync with Google Fit and Wear OS devices.
We're working on supporting email + password login for Android in a future update.
⚠️ Common Android login issues:
"That account already exists, but used a different login method"
This may appear if:
- You previously logged in on iPhone using a different method (email, Apple, or Facebook)
- You attempted a password reset, which unintentionally switched your account to email + password
If this happens:
- You’ll need to log in using your original method
- Then, deactivate that profile
- Finally, create a new account using your preferred login method
