Can I sync past data?

We, as a third-party developer, have limitations on how much past data we can import. We can only import the past two weeks of data from when you first created your account when the app was launched, or installed for most phones and wearables.

To ensure that your health information is up-to-date, we recommend launching Cardiogram at least once a week. This will allow the app to import and save any new data from where your watch stores your health information.

If you have been using Cardiogram for some time and notice that some of your data has disappeared, please make sure that you are signed into the right account. If you encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to us via email at [email protected].
