I Don’t See My Data in Cardiogram — What Should I Do?

If you're not seeing new heart rate data in Cardiogram, the next steps depend on the type of wearable device you're using.

Please select the guide that matches your device:

🔵 Apple Watch

👉 If you're not able to see your Apple Watch data in Cardiogram

🟢 Fitbit or Google Pixel Watch

👉 If you're not able to see your Fitbit or Google Pixel Watch data in Cardiogram

🟡 Wear OS or Samsung Galaxy Watch (4 or newer)

🔴 Garmin

👉 If your Garmin data is not appearing in Cardiogram or hasn’t updated

🔁 Important reminder about sync limitations

Cardiogram can only import up to the past two weeks of data from most wearables. If you haven’t opened the app in a while, older data may not appear.

📱 To avoid losing any data going forward, open the Cardiogram app on your phone at least once a week. This keeps your data synced and saved to your profile.
